Class Descriptions
  

Band HIITz- An intermediate to intense circuit cardio and resistance workout based on the

principles of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and resistance band training formats. The focus to

get the maximum amount of caloric burn in intervals circuits of cardio and resistance training with

short rest periods in-between. The class mixes elements of traditional cardio exercises, resistance

training and bootcamp drills into an explosive and dynamic workout. This class is designed to build

cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
   


Body Buildz
- An interval strength workout that will focus on targeting all muscle groups for

alternating periods of time. Muscle groups will be challenged for a set period of time followed by a

brief recovery period and then the cycle will start again. This class is designed to build muscle

endurance.



Chizel and Abz
- An total body workout focusing on the muscles of the arms, chest, back, glutes

and abdominals  Exercises will be designed to strengthen and define. Weights and mat are

suggested. 


Pilatez
- A workout which emphasizes a series of sequences designed for the balanced development

of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful

movement.



Tabata HIITz
- An intermediate to intense cardio workout based on the principles of Tabata

endurance training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) formats. The focus to get the maximum

amount of caloric burn in intervals bursts with short rest periods in-between. The class mixes

elements of traditional cardio exercises, kickboxing circuits and bootcamp drills into an explosive and

dynamic workout. This class is designed to build cardiovascular and muscle endurance.  


Tenz
- A quick 30 minute interval class designed to give you a full body workout from head to toe.

10 minutes of cardio endurance training plus 10 minutes of body sculpting plus 10 minutes of

stretching will have you meeting all your fitness needs in only one session.
   

Zumba
The Zumba® program is a cardio fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international

rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout from the beginner to the advanced fitness enthusiat.
