Class Descriptions       
Abz and Assets- A lower body workout focusing on the muscles of the core, lower back and gluteal muscles.  Exercises will be designed to strengthen and define. No additional weight is needed. Mat is suggested.

Body Buildz- An interval strength workout that will focus on targeting all muscle groups for alternating periods of time. Muscle groups will be challenged for a set period of time followed by a brief recovery period and then the cycle will start again. This class is designed to build muscle endurance.


Bokwa- Bokwa® is a fitness class that uses some of the hand signals of American sign language to cue participants to draw letters and numbers with there feet while listening to today's popular music. Because of the repetition of steps beginners, fitness enthusiasts, young, old, men and women can participate in the same class.


Cardio Blitz- An intermediate to intense cardio workout to get the blood pumping, muscles moving and the excess calories off. The class mixes elements of traditional cardio exercises, kickboxing circuits and bootcamp drills into an explosive and dynamic workout. This class is designed to build cardiovascular and muscle endurance.  
 

Chizel A.B.C.- An upper body workout focusing on the muscles of the arms, chest and back.  Exercises will be designed to strengthen and define. Weights and mat are suggested.
