Zumba
A fitness based Latin-inspired dance class that blends fast and slow rhythms with aerobic intervals, using international music and rhythms to create a fun, calorie burning workout that tones the body, improve cardio, and boosts flexibility, feeling more like a dance party. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilatez and Stretch
A low-impact, full-body workout focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement to improve overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels.
Chizel and Tone
A full-body, moderate intensity workout using equipment (dumbbells, resistance loops, slider, mat) and bodyweight to build lean muscle, boost strength and sculpt the physique, focusing on metabolic conditioning with blocks of strength exercises and core work. Suitable for all fitness levels.
